Leah has a background in Physiotherapy from the Philippines and diverse experience in Sports Medicine in Brunei Darussalam. During her career, she had the privilege of serving as part of Brunei Darussalam medical team, where she supported national athletes at various international sporting events. She later completed a diploma in Kinesiology at Langara College to further strengthen her knowledge of movement science and rehabilitation. In time, she discovered a true passion for elder care and now serves as a Rehabilitation Assistant. In this role, she provides guidance in therapeutic exercises, offers mobility support, and assists with daily activities, while also motivating clients to stay active and independent. She values patience, kindness, and respect in every interaction, and finds great fulfillment in empowering individuals to regain confidence, improve their quality of life, and achieve their health and wellness goals.
