The morning routine for some may include:

Before we embark on our busy day, it may be useful to prep our bodies for the demands of the day by a simple stretch routine to address all the major muscle groups, especially those that tend to get short and tight. The stretch routine lengthens the muscles, preparing them for action, and reduces the risk of injury from strains and overuse.
